We re supporting a growing, lively, genuinely fun recruitment business who specialise in placing Social Workers across the UK, and they re looking for a brilliant Compliance Manager to lead their compliance function.

What you ll be doing:

• Owning the full compliance process once a candidate accepts an offer
• Supporting a team of Consultants
• Leading, mentoring and developing a Compliance Officer
• Ensuring workers are fully qualified, referenced and DBS-checked
• Reviewing processes and implementing improvements
• Building relationships across the whole business
