Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our expanding business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is flexible, hands-on, and passionate about leading a team to success. Salary: £30,000 per year

Hours:

Monday Friday, 09:0017:30 Additional: 2 Saturdays per month , 08:0013:00

About the Role:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high performance across the department. You will manage a team of 8 warehouse staff , providing guidance, support, and motivation, while reporting directly to the General Manager . This role requires someone who is not only an effective leader but also willing to get involved in picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, lead, and develop an 8-person warehouse team Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and accuracy Maintain a safe and organised working environment Monitor stock control, order flow, and dispatch efficiency Support the warehouse with hands-on tasks such as picking and packing when required Report performance and operational updates to the General Manager Work 2 Saturdays per month as part of the rota
