- Manage day-to-day operations, performance, and development of your team.
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement through Operational Excellence (OpEx) principles.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and ensure Sem compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support strategic initiatives and business change programmes across Claims Operations.
