A property services company in Ipswich is seeking a caretaker for maintenance and cleaning tasks on the Felaw Maltings estate. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in minor maintenance work, a Level 1 NVQ in a trade-related subject, and knowledge of workplace health & safety.
