Reliable Concierge/Caretaker Required - IP3 Area About the role

Maintaining communal area's of prestigious apartments on Ipswich Waterfront. Perform duties such as small repairs, painting, pressure washing outside area's, collecting litter & emptying external bins along with any other duties required by apartment managers.

• Putting out large wheelie bins for weekly collection and returning to bin stores.
• Removing overflow rubbish and tidying bin stores.
• Ensuring all areas are kept tidy and presentable at all times.
• Answering tenants queries and referring to the appropriate department.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Janitorial: 1 year (required)
• Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
• Smart Phone required for clocking in and out
