This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established Private Client Advisory team at a leading law firm in Ipswich, with a focus on providing expert legal advice in a range of areas, including:

• Succession planning
• Tax advice
• Wills and estate administration
• Trusts and estate management

You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families, offering bespoke solutions to their complex legal needs. As part of the team, you will also play a significant role in expanding and nurturing client relationships while contributing to the overall strategic direction of the firm.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored legal advice on wills, trusts, tax planning, and succession.
• Draft and review complex legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, ensuring the highest quality of legal services.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment while overseeing their professional development.
• Contribute to business growth by attending networking events, engaging in client retention initiatives, and driving local business development within the Suffolk region.
• Ensure all legal activities comply with regulations and professional standards, managing client risks effectively and maintaining up-to-date client records.

We are seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE and a proven track record in advising high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong academic background and a passion for providing exceptional legal service to clients
• Expertise in a wide range of Private Client Advisory matters, including tax, wills, trusts, estate planning, and succession
• Demonstrated business development experience and the ability to grow a client base
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and managing junior team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach
