Salesforce Business Process Manager – Ipswich (Hybrid)

£45,000 - £50,000 +10% EOY Bonus

HD Tech are exclusively working with a well-established UK manufacturer to appoint a Salesforce Business Process Manager. This is a key role within an evolving IT function, partnering with stakeholders across sales, supply chain and wider business functions to improve end-to-end ways of working through Salesforce.

The role

You’ll take ownership of analysing, mapping and redesigning business processes to drive measurable efficiency and adoption across the Salesforce platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to gather requirements, manage change and embed best practice.

Key responsibilities

* Analyse, map and redesign business processes to improve efficiency within Salesforce.

* Build and maintain process documentation.

* Lead best practice for integrating Salesforce across business areas, advising stakeholders accordingly.

* Drive process efficiency programmes across the Salesforce platform.

* Partner with a Business Excellence function to lead process improvement projects (timelines, resources, change control).

* Support and lead cross-functional teams through change management and adoption.

* Use operational data to generate insight and support strategic decision-making.

What we’re looking for

* Proven experience working with Salesforce and operational data to identify and improve processes.

* Strong stakeholder management; confident influencing cross-functionally.

* Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

* Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (or similar structured improvement methodologies).

* Comfortable redesigning end-to-end processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable improvements.

* Awareness of how Salesforce integrates with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Microsoft Power Platform/Power BI).

* Degree-level education in Business (or related discipline) is advantageous.
