• Incident & Change Management: ITIL-aligned processes, RCA, change planning, stakeholder communication

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd line support for production databases, ensuring 24x7 availability and rapid incident resolution.
• Design and implement disaster recovery strategies and conduct regular DR drills.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and provide long-term fixes.
• Optimize database performance through AWR analysis, SQL tuning, and resource monitoring.
• Manage database upgrades, patching, and migrations with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine DBA tasks and monitoring.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior DBAs and support teams.
