We are seeking someone to join the Consulting Technical Team with a particular focus on development and delivery of training across our Risk and Governance solution.

The Consulting Technical Team provides outstanding technical support to all our client facing teams across our six solutions, ensuring our people are equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to deliver premium services.

We’re seeking an experienced internal auditor to take on a technical trainer role focused on building capability across our internal audit teams. You’ll use your audit expertise to explain complex subjects in a clear and practical way, present with confidence and support consistent application of our audit methodology.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Designing and delivering blended learning programmes for auditors, both online and in-person.
• Reviewing and refreshing internal audit training to keep it aligned with internal audit standards and our methodology.
• Translating internal audit methodology, quality review themes, and business needs into practical learning.
• Identifying capability gaps across Risk and Governance teams and developing targeted interventions.
• Working with technical specialists and senior leaders to create clear and consistent learning content.
• Assessing the effectiveness of the training programmes and making necessary improvements.
• Using data insights to refine training content and improve learning outcomes.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
• CIA or ACA/CA qualified.
• Strong internal audit experience with practical application of internal audit standards and methodology, and broad knowledge of governance, risk management, and internal control.

• Managing projects to ensure delivery of own work within agreed time frames.
• Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Being a driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
