the role. In this vibrant role you will be working as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in placing Qualified Social Workers. As part of a busy team, you will be building a network of clients and candidates, developing relationships through calls, emails and visits. The company have a brilliant reputation for what they do and have lots to offer candidates as well as exclusive roles not open to other agencies.

You will also have a compliance team who will ensure the registration process is smooth and efficient and that your candidates can get out to work quickly.

The company are just about to move into new premises in central Ipswich. Newly refurbished, it is a very modern and fun place to work with an open plan office, pool table, break out area with TV, kitchen and meeting rooms. In this non corporate environment you will be working with a team where everyone is welcomed and all opinions are heard.

A Recruitment Consultant is someone who is self-motivated with a good attitude towards work and has a drive to achieve goals both individually and for the company. You will need to be IT competent-Outlook, Excel, Word etc. The role requires attention to detail, organisation skills, problem solving and excellent communication skills. For this role you will need to demonstrate excellent sales experience, be hungry to work towards financially rewarding targets and take control of your own goals and achievements.

Ideally we would love and experienced hire in this role, but would consider someone from other backgrounds, but you must be customer driven, sales focused and want to achieve.
