Position Title: Recruitment Administrator Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Primarily office-based, with occasional off‑site meetings خانواده Salary: £25,500 - £29,000
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support across recruitment, compliance, and employee integration. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth processes and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates.
What you will be doing?- Partner with the Recruitment Advisor to manage end‑to‑end recruitment administration.
- Track and monitor candidate applications throughout the hiring process and review CVs and shortlist suitable applicants.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.
- Provide general recruitment support as required.
- Liaise with immigration advisors to ensure accurate and timely completion of visa processes.
- Maintain compliance with UK right‑to‑work legislation.
- Conduct regular audits of employee records.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, new hires, and agency staff.
- Support managers with onboarding activities, including arranging IT equipment, medical appointments, and other essentials.
- Assist HR with onboarding and ongoing support for all employees, including international staff.
- Coordinate pre‑boarding requirements such as IT setup, fleet arrangements, and medical checks.
- Liaise with vetting teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for project staff.
- Strong background in administration and data entry.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong planning skills to rằng manage a fast‑paced workload.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Resilient, confident, and positive approach to challenges.
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment administration is advantageous.
