Position Title: Recruitment Administrator Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Primarily office-based, with occasional off‑site meetings خانواده Salary: £25,500 - £29,000

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support across recruitment, compliance, and employee integration. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth processes and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates.

What you will be doing?
  • Partner with the Recruitment Advisor to manage end‑to‑end recruitment administration.
  • Track and monitor candidate applications throughout the hiring process and review CVs and shortlist suitable applicants.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.
  • Provide general recruitment support as required.
  • Liaise with immigration advisors to ensure accurate and timely completion of visa processes.
  • Maintain compliance with UK right‑to‑work legislation.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, new hires, and agency staff.
  • Support managers with onboarding activities, including arranging IT equipment, medical appointments, and other essentials.
  • Assist HR with onboarding and ongoing support for all employees, including international staff.
  • Coordinate pre‑boarding requirements such as IT setup, fleet arrangements, and medical checks.
  • Liaise with vetting teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for project staff.
