Role Overview
Full-time, term-time role
Responsibility for recruitment paperwork, onboarding, HR databases
Ensuring all compliance and safeguarding checks are fully up to date

Responsibilities- Managing safer recruitment processes
- Updating single central record
- Maintaining staff HR files and absence logs
- Supporting appraisal documentation
- Liaising with payroll and HR partners
- Ensuring full compliance with KCSIE and safeguarding standards
- HR or school admin experience desirable
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and confidentiality
- Ability to manage competing deadlines calmly
Paid on the support staff scale.
