Hearing Aid Audiologist (Ipswich)

Amplifon is looking for an audiologist who is passionate about making a real difference to our customers' hearing loss journey. The role will be based in our Ipswich branch, on the high street.

About the role

You will be the sole audiologist in this branch, working alongside a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Advisor who manages your diary and greets customers so you can focus on delivering the best patient care.

We offer customers a 2‑week free trial of any of our hearing aids to help them take the step to a private hearing aid solution.

Strict 9‑5 hours, no weekend work, and all post‑sale administrative tasks are handled by the Salesarnermik Advisor, so you will not have any work to do after hours.

Uncapped monthly and quarterly commission, plus a company car or £3,000 car allowance.

You will have the full support of our UK Head Office Marketing team to ensure you have a full diary and an opportunity to move into an Area Manager position, join the training team, or work for Amplifon in a different country.

4 weeks of training from the best performers in Amplifon, so you can deliver the best experience to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and inform them of the options available.
  • Provide an aftercare service in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme.
  • Manage the clinic with support from a Sales & Customerwai adviser, including staff management.
  • Ensure the team delivers a professional, courteous and high‑quality service.
  • Deliver a positive نہیں Amplifon customer journey experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, the local community and other clinicians.

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC
  • Exceptional drill of customer care and service
