Asbestos Analyst – Static Site (Job: Asbestos Analyst - Static Site)

£230 - £250 per day

Term: 6 – 12 Months, Outside IR35

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00

We are recruiting a P403 & P404 qualified Asbestos Analyst to oversee the safety of a brick‑by‑brick demolition of a residential block of flats. You will work on behalf of a consultancy representing the developer, carrying out a mixture of duties such as floor‑by‑floor air monitoring and fibre counting, ensuring all site records and analytical reports meet strict UKAS standards, and managing 4‑stage clearances.

• Qualifications:
  
  Mandatory BOHS P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalent).
• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in analytical work.
• Compliance:
  Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card.
• Reliability:
  Commitment to site presence and technical accuracy.
