Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for delivery of Electrical Systems Engineering and Software Systems & Controls Engineering support for Series programme.
- Define and oversee electrical architecture and integration strategies for infotainment and telematics systems.
- Lead software systems and controls engineering activities, ensuring compliance with functional safety and cybersecurity standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for hardware-software integration and validation.
- Manage task assignment, prioritisation, and progress tracking across engineering teams.
- Interface with programme management, VLM, and engineering leadership to align technical deliverables with project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and compliance standards including ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in delivery processes and engineering practices.
- Oversight of CRs, QCRs, and reporting for programme governance.
- Expertise in automotive electrical systems architecture and software integration.
