Our client is a leading organisation within their sector, with the opportunity for an environmentally or H&S qualified person to join their team. As part of the Health and Safety team you will help to:
Implement & maintain environmental standards Review & approve environmental risk assessments Help maintain the Environmental Agency Permits Help with toolbox talks & environmental training for staff & engineers Assisting the Environmental Manager with the Environmental Management System Maintain accurate files & reports Understand the wider legislative environment including future changes To be considered for this role you should have: A relevant environmental qualification or certificate Experience & understanding of environmental reporting Experience in a manufacturing engineering or related technical sector Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation A good knowledge or Word, Excel with the ability to prepare reports This is a permanent position based in the Ipswich area.
