Rose Hill Primary School are seeking to appoint an Attendance and Safeguarding Assistant to support the wellbeing and personal development of the pupils at Rose Hill Primary School.

You will:- assistant the designated safeguarding lead
- monitor daily attendance
- work with parents to provide support where necessary
- perform the duties of medical lead
- co-ordinate external early help
- manage referrals and record keeping
- support pupils to have a healthy therapeutic balance.
- experience in a pastoral, counselling, or similar role within an education setting
- empathy, patience, and non-judgmental approach
- excellent communication and IT skills
- the ability to prioritise work including multi-tasking
- a good understanding of the need to always maintain professional confidentiality
- good English and mathematics skills (grade C or level 4 or above).
