Job Details- Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 per annum
- Hours:
40 hours per week (8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Thursday; 8 am – 4:30 pm Friday), 40 weeks per year - Contract:

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Education Leader to oversee and develop our Year 11 and Exams provision. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for academic oversight, quality of education, and the strategic leadership of our Exams Centre, ensuring every learner is supported to achieve success.
Your Responsibilities- Oversight of the academic provision for Year 11 students across Local Authorities.
- Support the development of quality of education across Year 11, ensuring exam success.
- Strategic leadership for the exams centre, ensuring all assessments are delivered securely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards, while leading all internal quality assurance activity.
- Contribute to overall leadership and service development, evaluating the effectiveness of the Year 11 service and identifying opportunities for improvement, including the potential to extend the qualifications offered.
- Educational leadership experience.
- Experience of the UK Curriculum up to GCSE level and understanding of the exam system.
- Experience working with young people with SEND or supporting pupils who struggle in a classroom environment or interesting experience working with young people not in a school setting.
To help children, young people and families achieve the best possible outcomes, by providing exceptional interventions.
To deliver bespoke, trusted, person‑centred children’s homes, education and social work services to children, young people and families who need support, with a resolute focus on enabling positive change for those in our care.
