We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Education Leader to oversee and develop our Year 11 and Exams provision. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for academic oversight, quality of education, and the strategic leadership of our Exams Centre, ensuring every learner is supported to achieve success.

• Oversight of the academic provision for Year 11 students across Local Authorities.
• Support the development of quality of education across Year 11, ensuring exam success.
• Strategic leadership for the exams centre, ensuring all assessments are delivered securely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards, while leading all internal quality assurance activity.
• Contribute to overall leadership and service development, evaluating the effectiveness of the Year 11 service and identifying opportunities for improvement, including the potential to extend the qualifications offered.

• Educational leadership experience.
• Experience of the UK Curriculum up to GCSE level and understanding of the exam system.
• Experience working with young people with SEND or supporting pupils who struggle in a classroom environment or interesting experience working with young people not in a school setting.
