Within the range of £27,702 to £41,895 per annum (pro rata if part‑time)

• Support delivery and assessment of high‑quality apprenticeship training to aspiring professionals.
• Guide learners through practical and theoretical aspects of plumbing and domestic heating systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and apprenticeship requirements.
• Encourage, motivate and inspire learners, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the programme and share best practice.
• Travel between Suffolk New College campuses as required.

• Industry experience in Plumbing and Heating.
• Desire and ability to encourage, motivate and inspire people.
• Experience in a Trainer role or similar is desirable, but not essential; a training and development programme will be provided to support transition into education.
