About Opus Teach
Opus Teach is an education recruitment agency, wholly owned by Suffolk County Council, supporting over 200 schools and education providers across Suffolk and surrounding areas, including Norfolk and Essex. We operate from 7am‑5pm, Monday‑Friday, and run an online booking system that is available 24/7 year‑round, allowing schools to book wherever and whenever they need.

As a Supply Teacher, You Will:- Be responsible for the learning and progress of all students in allocated classes, ensuring equality of opportunity for all.
- Treat students with dignity, build mutual‑respect relationships, and observe appropriate professional boundaries.
- Be responsible and accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in pupils’ work and conduct.
- Work collaboratively with learners, staff, parents/carers, governors and agencies in the best interests of students.
- Take responsibility for safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
- Qualified Teacher Status or a recognised equivalent qualification.
- Successful teaching experience.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to deliver high teaching standards.
- The ability to use a wide variety of strategies to maximise achievement for all students.
