Your responsibilities
  • to oversee the academic provision for Yr 11 students across Local Authorities.
  • to support the development of quality of education across Yr 11, in particular to ensure exam success.
  • provide strategic leadership for the exams centre, ensuring all assessments are delivered securely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards, while leading all internal quality assurance activity.
  • contribute to overall leadership and service development, evaluating the effectiveness of the Year 11 service and identifying opportunities for improvement, including the potential to extend the qualifications offered.
What you will need
  • educational Leadership experience
  • experience of UK Curriculum up to GCSE level and understanding of the exam system
  • experience of working with young people with SEND or supporting pupils that struggle in a classroom environment or interesting experience working with young people not in school setting.
