Join Realise Futures as a Digital and Work Skills Tutor delivering targeted training in digital skills, health and safety, food safety and business administration to disabled and disadvantaged learners.

• Location:
  
  Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (flexible base with regular outreach delivery)
• Contract:
  
  Permanent
• Salary: £15,900 per annum
• Hours:
  
  22.2 hours per week
• Required DBS check

• Develop and deliver engaging digital skills sessions to learners aged 16+ and up.
• Plan and assess learning outcomes using RARPA and formal assessment processes.
• Cooperate with partner venues, traveling as needed for outreach delivery.
• Maintain accurate learner progress records and contribute to department quality initiatives.

• Level 3 teaching qualification (or equivalent).
• Subject specific qualification in Digital Skills (Level
  1) or Health and Care, Food Safety, Business & Administration.
• Experience teaching or training in the above areas.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible, partnership‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel within the East of England for outreach.
