Overview Were looking for someone who loves helping people and solving problems. As a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator, youll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their insurance claims and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
Youll join a team that values collaboration and is committed to making a difference. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), offering you the opportunity to make a real difference to our customers when they need it most. How you'll make an impact In this role, youll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone or email, helping customers with their insurance claims.
Youll explain the claims process clearly, answer questions, and make sure customers feel heard and supported. Youll also handle claim form requests, update databases, and assist with claims handling and payment processing. Your work will ensure that our customers feel cared for and confident during what can often be a challenging time. About You Confidence in speaking on the phone with a friendly and professional manner.
