Customer Service Coordinator Import Customer Care
Full time permanent
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work within our Import Customer Care team. Excellent communication skills are required to support both internal and external customers answering enquiries quickly and professionally. The successful candidate will work within the Customer Care team to ensure all aspects of the role are handled efficiently and accurately within the set KPIs.
How you will help us and what you can expect- Manage own workload communicating effectively when support is needed
- Processing work in-line with client requirements and MSC UK performance standards – resolving customer enquiries quickly and professionally
- To understand and work collaboratively with all internal departments as and when required
- Ensure full recovery of all applicable costs relative to your role
- Work as a team player contributing ideas to the team to help with efficiencies and/or service improvements
- Responsible for running KPI reports and discussing the findings with the team as and when required
- Supporting the team with training and coaching for new and existing members
- Ability to deliver efficient and effective customer service and communication to a global customer base.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure shipping documents are accurate and error‑free.
- Act as the main point of escalation for team coordinators and customers resolving issues promptly.
- Proven capability to manage your own workload and meet MSC and team KPI targets.
- Commitment to providing the level of customer service you would expect to receive yourself.
- Desire to work collaboratively and contribute significantly to the team’s success.
