Customer Service Advisor; Sport

Customer Service Advisors within the Sport and Leisure service are the first point of contact for customers, providing a positive customer experience.

The successful applicant will have experience of reception-based tasks, dealing with customer enquiries, sales, cash handling and general enquiries through face-to-face interactions and electronic devices.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in administrative roles including front of house involving cash handling. Experience in leisure management systems would be advantages.

Hours of work are 2.63 per week, working alternative Saturday shifts, 7:15-12:30.

The post holder will be required to work a shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

DBS clearance is required for this role.
