An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a growing Pre-Construction team within a well-established construction business.

A respected construction organisation with a strong reputation for quality delivery and professional development. Projects span multiple sectors including education, commercial, healthcare, industrial, defence, retail, and leisure, with values up to £30m.

As part of a small pre-construction team, you will play a key role in pricing and tendering activities, with clear progression opportunities towards Senior Estimator level.

• Managing cost plans and pricing for single and two-stage tenders under JCT Design & Build contracts
• Producing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Preparing take-offs and full cost plans
• Target cost reporting
• Supporting pre-construction surveying activities when required

• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in estimating or a construction-related role
• Experience or knowledge of Conquest software (advantageous)
• Experience working on projects within a similar build portfolio
