Clearfield Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established Suffolk-based Groundworks contractor, operating predominantly within the residential sector alongside a growing commercial division.

Our client is looking to appoint either:

• Groundworks Estimator
• Groundworks Quantity Surveyor
• An experienced professional capable of managing a hybrid Estimator/QS role

They are open to considering candidates for either individual positions or a combined role, depending on experience and capability.

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for residential and commercial groundwork packages
• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Managing the tender process through to submission

• Cost control and budget management
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Commercial reporting and forecasting
