Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor (Permanent)
GVR Solutions are working with a reputable drylining contractor based in Essex. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial drylining package based in Ipswich.

This is a key role on a live commercial project, requiring a strong background in drylining and proven supervisory experience.

Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor:

* Supervising day-to-day drylining operations on site

* Managing subcontractors and labour teams

* Ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification

* Monitoring quality control and site standards

* Enforcing health & safety compliance

* Liaising with the main contractor and project team

* Reporting progress and resolving on-site issues

The Site Supervisor must have/be:

* Proven experience supervising commercial drylining projects

* Strong hands-on drylining background (essential)

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* Valid CSCS card

* Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards

* Strong communication and leadership skills
