We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Fit Out Site Supervisor to join a well-established contractor working on high-quality commercial fit out projects. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who is confident running sites, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day management of site operations on fit-out projects
- Supervising subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
- Managing site programmes and coordinating works
- Conducting toolbox talks and site inductions
- Maintaining quality control and snagging
- Reporting progress to Project Managers and senior team
- Valid SSSTS
- Valid CSCS
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Proven fit‑out experience (commercial / office / retail)
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to manage multiple trades and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
