Fit Site Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Fit Out Site Supervisor to join a well-established contractor working on high-quality commercial fit out projects.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is confident running sites, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Day-to-day management of site operations on fit out projects

• Supervising subcontractors and direct labour

• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times

• Managing site programmes and coordinating works

• Conducting toolbox talks and site inductions

• Maintaining quality control and snagging

• Reporting progress to Project Managers and senior team

• Valid SSSTS

• Valid CSCS

• First Aid at Work certificate

• Proven fit out experience (commercial / office / retail)

• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures

• Ability to manage multiple trades and work to deadlines

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
