As a Trainee Estimator, you will work closely with experienced estimators and commercial professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to the full tendering and cost-planning process from day one. You will be supported through structured training, mentoring, and real project responsibility, allowing you to develop both technically and professionally.

What Youll Be Doing  Helpingtopreparecostplansandpriceprojectsbeforeworkbegins. Reviewingprojectdrawingsanddocumentstounderstandwhatmaterialsandworkarerequired. Measuringquantitiesofmaterialsandlabourneededforeachproject,withguidancefromseniorteammembers. Contactingsuppliersandspecialistcontractorstogatherpricinginformation. Assistinginbuildingandupdatingcostrecordstohelpwithfutureprojects. Workingcloselywithdesign,commercial,andsiteteamstounderstandhowprojectscometogether. Learning how to identify potential risks, explore cost-effective solutions, and support overall project planning.
