Commercial Fit-Out & Joinery Projects

We're partnering with a well-established fit-out and joinery contractor who are continuing to grow their commercial team and are now looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in Ipswich.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of fast-moving, high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London, Suffolk, and Essex, working closely with Project Managers in a business known for its collaborative culture and long-term career opportunities.

The Role

Working alongside Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Preparing and reviewing tenders, contracts, and cost plans
Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and variations
Producing cash flow forecasts and cost reports
Ensuring commercial and contractual compliance throughout each project
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
About You
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within fit-out or joinery
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines
