A well-established and reputable façade contractor is seeking an experienced Facades Project Manager for a position based in Ipswich. The business has been trading for over 25 years, with a turnover of circa £35m, and specialises in new build and façade remediation works.

The company delivers façade packages including rainscreen cladding, glazing, and curtain walling on contracts valued up to £15m. It works with leading main contractors such as Willmott Dixon, Kier, and Galliford Try, and has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability within the industry.

The Facades Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Managing façade projects from inception to handover
• Overseeing rainscreen cladding and glazing/curtain walling packages
• Programme planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Cost control, variations, and commercial awareness
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Liaising with main contractors, consultants, and clients

• Proven experience in a Facades Project Manager role
• Strong technical knowledge of rainscreen cladding and curtain walling systems
• Experience delivering projects valued up to £10m-£15m
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant construction qualifications preferred

• £65,000 - £75,000 salary (dependent on experience)
