  • Hours: Part time, 30 hours a week, 52 weeks a year (9am - 4pm)

Broke Hall Community Primary School is a large school in the heart of our community. Our children are motivated and positive learners and our lively and supportive staff team provide an inclusive and caring community to support new members to the team. Our school buildings and grounds are welcoming and well maintained. We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and skilled school Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, health and safety and security of the school premises.

This is a key role in ensuring the school is a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

As Site Manager, you will have experience in site management, caretaking or will have worked in a previous similar role. We are looking for an individual with experience in knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. You will have the ability to work independently and to complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for supervision of DIY tasks and repairs delegated to the Site Assistant.

You will be a strong team player who is motivated to make a difference.
