We have an excellent opportunity for a chartered Building Surveyor to work on Disrepair projects primarily in East Anglia.
Job Type and CompensationThis is self-employed work outside of IR35 and is paid per report. Self-employed work, so this provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time.
ResponsibilitiesUndertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims and the production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process.
QualificationsIt is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 3 years + PQE. Residential experience is also essential for this work.
