Partnership Manager The opportunity

We are hiring Partnership Managers to help build Flexzo Care at a defining stage of growth.

This is a role for people who like owning a number, thinking differently, and being accountable for results. You will run opportunities end to end, from first outreach through to delivery, with strong support around you at every step.

Early stage means priorities shift. One week you may be deep in outreach and pipeline building, the next you may be closer to delivery making sure partnerships land properly. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and momentum, you will thrive here.

• Own the full partnership journey in your area, from outreach and first conversations through to delivery and long-term growth
• Generate opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building
• Take a consultative sales approach, understanding client needs before positioning Flexzo Care
• Switch comfortably between sales and delivery as priorities shift in an early-stage environment
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships land well and scale
• Own a revenue number and be accountable for outcomes
• Use CRM and modern sales tools to run a clean, repeatable process
• Feed market insight back into the business to help shape how we grow

You will not be doing this alone. You will have support from leadership, delivery, and systems, but ownership stays with you.

We are looking for disruptive thinkers who like responsibility and care about results.

You are likely to be:

• A strong biller from social care or social work recruitment with solid technical understanding, or
• A top-performing Account Executive from a startup or scale-up environment

You will also be:

• Comfortable owning targets and being measured on outcomes
• Commercially credible with senior stakeholders
• Structured and disciplined with CRM and process
• Coachable, curious, and growth-minded
• A team player who wants to build something meaningful
