• Basic salary up to £35,000 with uncapped earning potential
• Typical on‑target earnings of £40,000 – £45,000 for a Vehicle Technician

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong technical ability to safely and confidently carry out repairs and servicing
• Experience working to high quality standards, ideally within a franchised or structured workshop environment
• Confidence using modern workshop systems and diagnostic equipment
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering excellent customer outcomes as a Vehicle Technician
