A Clinical Support Team Administrator is required to support the Coastal Older People Service and Adult Mental Health Teams.
This will be to support the clinical teams with the everyday management of the administrative tasks needed to ensure the smooth running of the service.
There will be close collaboration with both internal and external staff, service users and their families/support networks.
Main duties of the jobTo provide administrative support to the team in order that they can provide an efficient service to all customers.
To respond to the administrative needs of the service to ensure that the requirements of the organisation are met.
To provide non-clinical information to patients, families and carers, where necessary, including cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
To take and process minutes for the team.

Jobresponsibilities

Person Specification Qualifications- Pitman/RSA III Typing / Word Processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level.
- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or working towards.
- Knowledge of NSFT electronic record system
- Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through practice at intermediate level.
- Working under pressure Working on own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with senior members of staff across a large organisation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages or equivalent. Maintaining administrative / secretarial systems.
