Sales Administrator

Logistics / Transport
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems and CRM
- Liaising with internal departments including operations and accounts
- Assisting with sales reports and general office administration
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Previous experience in a sales administration or administrative role
- Logistics or transport experience would be an advantage, but not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
