This is a fantastic new opportunity for an Accountant to come in and grow their own team, following a sustained period of exciting growth. • Manage your own portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
• Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Produce management accounts and VAT returns.
• Review and support the work of junior team members, helping to develop their skills and confidence.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as their trusted adviser.
• Play an active role in improving processes and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.

• ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
• Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and excited by the idea of growing and mentoring a team.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
