Job Summary

Imagine Learning is actively hiring in Rock Rapids, IA. The Warehouse Associate performs the required daily warehouse duties to ensure quality products are provided to our customers and partners. This is a regular, full or part‑time position reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Location:

On‑site in Rock Rapids, Iowa, from approximately 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. each day.

Compensation:
Base pay is anticipated to be between $13.62 and $18.00 per hour, with potential incentive, commission or annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance.

• Pick, pack, and ship orders utilizing mobile handheld devices and web‑based applications, adhering to individual requirements of multiple client‑specific needs across multiple inventory locations and types while maintaining a high standard for accuracy and proficiency.
• Accurately collate, assemble, label, and put away kits, ensuring our products meet quality standards.
• Clearly and accurately mark, barcode, and label stock.
• Safely operate equipment used daily, including but not sve .. heat shrink machines, manual/electric pallet jacks, utility carts twor height
• Safely and accurately load and unload pallets of product.
• Responsibly maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts utilizing the Warehouse Management System.
• Keep accurate records of required tracking information.
• Maintain a clean and well‑organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with managers and teammates.
• Perform daily warehouse duties as assigned.
• Other duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience; or an equivalent combination of educationohan and experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivation with strong time management and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment for long periods, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand/work on feet for majority of workday.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50lbs and climb ladders.
• Excellent attendance and dependability.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices a plus.
• Must comply with pre‑employment requirements, including a background check.
