Diamond Vogel is seeking a Warehouse Lead Picker in Orange City, IA. This full-time role supports warehouse and logistics operations by overseeing daily picking and shipping activities, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow, and providing hands‑on leadership to the warehouse team. This position works closely with Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Shipping teams to ensure on‑time delivery, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and performance goals
• Assign daily picking, packing, receiving, and shipping tasks and monitor progress throughout the shift
• Ensure all customer and internal orders are picked accurately and shipped on time
• Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity
• Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners
• Maintain a positive team environment that supports morale, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  
  Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and lift/move materials as required
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
