The Employee Transportation Driver will transport employees to and from designated locations and job sites in a professional, safe, and timely manner.

• Safely operate a company‑owned passenger van or vehicle in compliance with Iowa DMV, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain consistent pick‑up and drop‑off routes for employees and sometimes their families.
• Provide flexible availability for early, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Transport employees to various locations such as airports, Social Security office, driver’s license station, and grocery stores.
• Pickup, deliver, and organize supplies between warehouse and housing units.
• Assemble and disassemble furniture and other items moved in and out of housing locations.
• Ensure housing units are cleaned and reset between employee groups.
• Respond to on‑call deliveries and route assistance requests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as directed.
• Report any necessary repairs or maintenance needs.
• Secure coverage and communicate with supervisor if unable to work a scheduled shift.
• Arrive on time for each scheduled shift and maintain consistent attendance.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive, team‑focused attitude.

• Adhere to Iowa Select Farms bio‑security, safety, and animal wellbeing policies.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual:
  Preferred.
• No specific education or experience required.

• Primarily indoors inside vehicle and housing units; minimal outdoor tasks.
• Uses standard office equipment and receives a company cell phone.

• Stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen.
• Lift or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Drive a vehicle for prolonged periods.

• Part‑time; average 30 hours per week.
• Day shift, occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Regular travel throughout the week to Iowa Select Farms sites and other locations; no overnight travel.
