The Dump Truck Driver will be responsible for delivering concrete and maintaining equipment. This full‑time, seasonal position requires overtime through peak season, reports to the Foreman, and has no supervisory responsibility.

• Maintain vehicles in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Perform maintenance on assigned trucks and other equipment as required.
• Complete pre and post‑shift inspections and assist with maintenance or repair of equipment as needed.
• Process required the day (time reporting, truck reports, scale tickets).
• Record any maintenance issues in the truck logbook and ensure the supervisor is aware of any maintenance issues that would inhibit work production or create safety concerns.
• Visually inspect mix for proper materials, verify load size to the ticket, check for the proper slump, and adjust accordingly.
• Deliver concrete using the most efficient route as directed by the dispatcher or Plant Manager.
• Must wash out the box, fuel truck, clean truck, and complete end‑of‑day truck inspection.
• Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e. work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours).

• 1 year preferred experience (Will train).
• Consent to authorization of a pre‑employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test.
• Class B CDL and current Medical DOT card.
• Mechanical background and skills.
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of written and verbal instructions.
• Dependability and reliability by showing up to scheduled shifts on time and being prepared for work.
• A positive attitude is critical to ensure productive working relationships with co‑workers and management.
• Continuous exposure to weather elements including heat, cold, noise, dusty conditions, and working outdoors.
• Overnight travel is not standard but may be required.

• Operate hand and foot controls.
• Simple/Firm grasping/Pinching.
• Ability to lift/lower/carry over 50 pounds.

Full‑time with overtime.

$28 - $31 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
