Overview

The success Manatt's enjoys today in the construction industry started 75 years ago. Back then, it was one man, one truck, and now our team of employees numbers more than 750 strong. We have dozens of ready-mix and asphalt production facilities around the state of Iowa. Our massive fleet of dump and ready-mix trucks serves thousands of job sites every year.

In addition, our concrete and asphalt paving divisions, along with our various other crews, complete hundreds of projects every season.

Our Sealcoat & Stabilization Division is seeking an experienced individual to operate motor grader with finish abilities. Tasks will include but not limited to; placing and spreading base materials, shoulder rock, cutting dirt to subgrade elevations, ditch and fore slope grading, smooth blading for overnight rain proofing, etc.

• Qualified applicants must understand operating a motor grader the "old school" way. No GPS on this equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned according to operating abilities.
• The operator we are seeking must be safety minded, maintenance oriented, punctual, have dependable transportation, a positive attitude and work well with others.
• Operating experience with other equipment is a plus.

• Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record, Class A or B CDL is preferred.
• This is a full-time seasonal position based out of Brooklyn, IA and involves some overnight travel during the construction season.
• Must be able to pass a pre-work physical screening and a drug test.
