Full Stack Typescript Developer; Node​/React

What You Will Be Doing:

You will work in a fast-paced R&D environment, creating systems using Type Script, Node, and React to interact with automated machinery. Your role involves designing databases, SQL queries, and JSON APIs while providing feedback in the product design and specification process. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of automated system software programs used in agricultural research, including code development, debugging, implementation, and enhancement.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in this role.

• Create systems using Type Script, Node, and React to interact with automated machinery.
• Design robust databases, complex SQL queries, and JSON APIs.
• Provide critical feedback during the product design and specification process.
• Responsible for code development, debugging, and analyzing test results.
• Implement, support, and enhance automated system software programs used in agricultural research.
• Collaborate with teams in a greenhouse environment, which includes exposure to high temperatures, humidity, and plant pollen.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a programming field, database design, or server administration.
• Proficient in JavaScript/Type Script programming with 2+ years of dedicated experience.
• Proficiency in SQL Query Development and Relational Database Design.
• Proficiency in JSON API development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Chesterfield, MO.

• Experience with Git source control.
• Proficiency with Git Hub Actions automation.
• Experience with Docker.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools.

$59.50 - $85.00 /hr.
