We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to represent our dealership in the field. This role combines technical skill, independence, and direct customer interaction. You will deliver professional service at customers’ homes, businesses, and job sites using our fully equipped Mobile Service Van.

• Perform light to medium-duty repairs and maintenance off-site, including:
  • Oil and filter changes
  • Battery testing and replacement
  • Brake services
  • Wiper replacement
  • Air and cabin filter replacement
  • Recalls and software updates
  • Multi-Point Inspections (MPI)
• Diagnose and complete approved repairs within mobile service capability guidelines
• Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service
• Document all repairs accurately
• Maintain inventory, tools, and cleanliness of the mobile service vehicle
• Identify and recommend additional needed maintenance

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Manufacturer certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
