• Help around the yard and site with loading and unloading equipment or moving around work areas.
• Pressure wash, repair and clean mats.
• May perform some specialized tasks which may require on the job training.
• Perform various physical duties as assigned.
• Other duties as required.

• Travel may be required to service equipment to meet customer’s needs and expectations.
• Communicate with Strad employees to ensure operations flow. This will involve communicating with field and office staff as well as customers on site.
• Employee will be required to fill out field paperwork and daily safety and equipment paperwork both handwritten and computer based.
• Employee may be required to complete daily service of loader, skid steers and small gas engines.
• Employee will be responsible for providing transportation to and from shop each day and arrive on time for their work day.
• Follow Company Policies and Procedures and adhere to Company Safety Standards and Safety.

• Experience with setup, repair and maintenance of related equipment.
• Desire to provide top service for customers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to relate well with customers.
• Clean drivers license.
• Safety courses and certifications that are required (WHMIS, First Aid, H2S) can be provided by Strad.
• Must be able to work.

• Be free of drugs and/or other impairments.
• Requires strenuous activity – walking, bending, crouching and standing for long periods of time; must also be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be mentally alert at all times.
• Ability to drive for extended periods of time safely in varying weather.
• Work in outdoor weather conditions including wet and extreme conditions.
