We are seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to join our shop team in Osceola. In this role, you will perform a variety of mechanical repairs on gas and diesel engines, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and ensure our equipment runs at peak performance.

• Conduct quality shop‑based repair work and perform quality maintenance service on customer equipment.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations for on‑site service.
• Accurately diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective repairs.
• Identify required parts and supplies to complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following proper safety procedures.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on repairs.
• Operating a variety of Ag and Construction Equipment.

• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of diagnostic/mechanical experience.
• We will train the right candidate who is willing to learn.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
• Must possess your own basic tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

This full‑time position involves both office and fieldwork, requiring exposure to various weather conditions and uneven surfaces. You will need to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and communicate effectively with your team.

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
