Propane Service Specialist

Overview

AGRILAND FS is looking for a self‑starting, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outdoors. This individual will safely and efficiently install and service propane systems.

• Install new propane systems and service existing propane systems
  • Above and below ground propane plumbing to the building
  • Trenching
  • Replace regulators & performs leak checks
  • Set and maintain tanks
  • General tank maintenance and repair to ensure safe operation

• Deliver and remove propane storage tanks
• Accurately bill for parts and service
• Provide assistance with inventory control
• Work in a positive team environment to maintain equipment and facility

• Be able to obtain a CDL with Hazmat, tanker and air brake endorsements
• Prefer construction, plumbing or heating experience
• Excellent mechanical aptitude demonstrating problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional work ethic, self‑starter with the ability to work outdoors in a variety of extreme weather conditions
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills demonstrating commitment and perseverance
• Must be able to lift over 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand, sit, crawl, climb and reach difficult areas as job demands

• Paid, in‑house training and certification for DOT license and endorsements for a Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
